1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NUAT Labs platform (the “Platform”), including all content, features, and services available at nuatlabs.com and associated subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration & Security

When you create an account on NUAT Labs, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone.
Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Account & Password Sharing PolicyStrict

Each NUAT Labs account is strictly personal and non-transferable. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

Password sharing: Sharing your password or login credentials with any other person, whether for free or for a fee.
Account sharing: Allowing multiple individuals to use the same account, including family members, friends, or colleagues.
Simultaneous sessions: Using your account on multiple devices simultaneously in a manner that suggests shared access.
Selling or renting access: Selling, renting, leasing, or otherwise commercializing access to your account or any content on the Platform.

We employ automated systems to detect unusual login patterns, concurrent sessions, and other indicators of account sharing. If we detect account or password sharing, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban your account without prior notice and without a refund.

4. Anti-Piracy & Illegal DistributionZero Tolerance

All content on the NUAT Labs Platform — including but not limited to courses, videos, quizzes, code, documents, images, and educational materials — is the intellectual property of NUAT Labs and its content creators. The following are strictly prohibited:

Downloading, recording, or capturing any content (video, audio, or otherwise) from the Platform for redistribution.
Uploading or sharing NUAT Labs content on any third-party platform, including torrents, file-sharing sites, social media, messaging groups, or cloud storage.
Screen recording or screenshotting premium content for distribution purposes.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting any code, data, or materials from the Platform.
Creating derivative works based on NUAT Labs content without explicit written permission.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of any paid subscriptions without refund, and may lead to legal action under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's services.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access Platform content.
Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the Platform.
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be issued in cases of account termination due to violations of these Terms, including but not limited to account sharing, piracy, or illegal distribution.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform and its content are owned by NUAT Labs or its licensors. Your access to the Platform does not grant you any right, title, or interest in or to such intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is detrimental to the Platform. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

Sharing your account credentials or allowing shared access.
Piracy, illegal distribution, or unauthorized reproduction of content.
Fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks.
Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users or staff.
Any other violation of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NUAT Labs does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee any specific learning outcomes or career results from using the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NUAT Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
